We provide website design, development, and related services, including but not limited to Shopify e-commerce store setup, landing page design, newsletter setup, and more. The scope of each project will be outlined in the agreement or proposal prior to work commencing.

3. Payment Terms

A deposit is required to start the project, with the balance due upon completion. Payments must be made via PayPal or bank transfer. For any third-party services, such as domains or apps, these costs must be prepaid before we proceed with purchases.

4. Deliverables and Ownership

Upon full payment, you will receive full ownership of the final deliverables, including website files and related content. Third-party tools, apps, or plugins that are integrated are subject to their own terms and must be purchased separately by the client.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing all necessary materials, such as content, images, branding, and product details, in a timely manner. Any delays in providing the required materials may impact the project timeline.

6. Revisions

We offer a reasonable number of revisions as per the agreed project timeline. Excessive revisions beyond the scope of the project may incur additional costs.

7. Cancellations

Either party may cancel the project with written notice. If canceled before completion, any work done up to that point will be billed accordingly, and any non-refundable third-party services or purchases will be the responsibility of the client.

8. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Any personal or business information shared with us will only be used for the purposes of fulfilling your project and will not be shared with third parties without your consent. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any damages or issues arising from third-party services, including payment gateways, email marketing tools, or any apps integrated into your project. We are also not liable for any loss of data or business interruptions caused by technical issues or unforeseen circumstances.

10. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate the agreement if the client is in breach of the terms, including failure to make payments or provide required materials in a timely manner.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of Austria, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Austria.

12. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or decline any project or client at our discretion. We may refuse service to any individual or entity that does not align with our business goals, values, or target regions (EU and US).

13. Location and Target Regions

We are based in Austria, and we primarily work with clients located in the European Union (EU) and the United States (US). We do not accept projects from other regions at this time.

14. Changes to Terms
